Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid plans on pngr.dev, operated by Fine Ventures LLC (“pngr”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and billing

pngr.dev offers a free tier and paid plans (currently Pro and Team), billed as recurring monthly subscriptions through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing, invoicing, and any applicable sales tax or VAT. Each subscription renews automatically at the start of every billing period until you cancel.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings (Settings → Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — your subscription does not renew again, you are not charged further, and you keep your paid features until that period ends, after which the organization returns to the free tier. You can resume a scheduled cancellation any time before the period ends.

3. Refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for the current billing period and any partial period after you cancel. Because you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge, and plans are billed one month at a time, your financial commitment never exceeds the current month. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a period.

This does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law (for example, EU/UK distance-selling or consumer-protection rules), which continue to apply where mandatory.

4. Plan changes

Upgrading takes effect immediately and the difference for the remainder of the current period is proratedand charged to your saved payment method. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period (you keep the higher tier’s features until then). Changing plans does not create a refund.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry it per its dunning process. If payment cannot be collected, your organization may be moved to the free tier and monitors over the free limit paused (not deleted). Restoring a paid plan reactivates them.

6. Exceptions and disputes

As our merchant of record, Paddle may, at its discretion and under Paddle’s Buyer Terms, issue refunds or resolve payment disputes and chargebacks independently of this policy. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, contact us first and we’ll work to make it right.

7. Contact

Billing questions and refund requests: [email protected]. Your Paddle receipt (emailed on each charge) also links to a self-service portal for invoices and payment-method updates.
